Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4, 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart voices her, as well as Robot Chicken's and She's all That (1999) and She's All That (1999). The series started with the English version for Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is part-Italian. Cook has made her public service announcement in foster care when she turned seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a print model for children when she was 10 years old and was featured in national advertisements for Target. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also went to Minneapolis South High School.
